Acceptance
By downloading or using Salary Thief, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by the laws of your region) to use the app; if you are below that age, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the app on iOS or Android devices that you own or control.
Purchases
The app offers in-app purchases (such as ad removal, feature unlocks, or subscriptions). All payments, billing, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective policies; refund requests must be made through the relevant platform, as we cannot process them directly.
Disclaimer
The app is provided for entertainment purposes on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. All calculations are for reference only and do not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Intellectual Property
The app and all content, trademarks, and designs are owned by SRC and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without authorization.
App Store Terms
Downloading and using the app through the Apple App Store or Google Play is also subject to the terms of each platform. For the iOS version, Apple is not a party to these Terms but is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce them against you.
Service Changes
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.), and any disputes shall be subject to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
